Crumb rubber powder is made from scrapped waste tire or any other rubber products.

As per the customer’s requirement, we can provide the crumb rubber powder, up to 20 mesh size, 10-18 commercial grade

Application

8-20 mesh: mainly used in the runway, road cushion, pad, turf, paving the elastic layer, pavement and other sports venues;

30-40 mesh: mainly used in the production of reclaimed rubber, rubber powder modified, paving, production of rubber and the like;

40-60 mesh: called fine powder, used in rubber products filling, plastic modification;

60-80 mesh: called fine powder, mainly used in automobile tires, rubber products, building materials;

80-120 mesh: called a fine powder, mainly used in rubber products, military products.

What is crumb rubber used for?

Crumb rubber is used in a variety of products including playground and other sports surfacing, and rubber-modified asphalt. Crumb rubber used as a filler in synthetic turf fields helps support the artificial blades of “grass” to give the field a more natural texture and feel.

Crumb rubber can be blended with asphalt to improve the properties of the asphalt used in highway construction.
